Acadia Mountain Guides Climbing School

Guiding since 2016

Paddy began rock climbing in 2013 while studying outdoor education at Appalachian State University. As Paddy became an integral trip leader and the climbing wall programmer for ASU Outdoor Programs he found an increased passion for teaching others through the mountains. In 2016 he joined the Acadia Mountain Guides family as an intern and has returned as a guide each summer since. In between summers Paddy has been exploring some of North and South America’s most inspiring climbing destinations. Some of his favorite places include: Squamish, British Columbia; Serra do Cipó, Brazil; Joshua Tree National Park, California; Indian Creek, Utah; El Potrero Chico, Mexico; Red Rocks, Nevada; Yosemite National Park, California. Paddy is a certified single pitch instructor and a wilderness first responder.
