Wil has been a part of the AMG Team for the past 6 years, having started as an associate he now works as General Manager leading the charge. He is a born and raised Mainer, having gone to Hampden Academy and then the University of Maine Orono. Wil has many passions in life outside of the great outdoors. Having worked 10+ years in the food industry at a variety of restaurants as well as his family’s bakery, Wil picked up a deep passion for cooking and feeding others. He say’s “The best way to make friends or make friends happy is by putting a great piece of food in front of them.”

When it comes to being outside though, Wil loves anything to do with climbing. Whether that’s scaling rock or ice, a multi-pitch adventure or just cleaning boulders, Wil’s got the stoke for it. He says the best part of climbing is getting outside with friends. Wil prides himself in always having a positive attitude and pushing through when the going gets tough. If Wil isn’t climbing or cooking, you can catch him relaxing at home with his partner Krissa and crag dog Larry, kayaking at camp, or exploring the woods for untouched rock.
