Youth Climbing Days

Who’s it for? Any youth looking to try out climbing for the day! 

Where do we go? Acadia National Parks

What will we do? This is a “day camp” for youths 8-14 to come out and go climbing for the day. Learn about rope systems and how to apply them.

RockPro Series Camps

Who’s it for? Youth looking to improve their rock climbing skills. This series progresses young climbers from beginning skills to advanced alpine climbing. 

What do we learn? Lots of climbing for all levels while building teamwork and self-confidence. Includes single and multi-pitch climbing, sport climbing, lead climbing, rappelling, advanced climbing skills such as anchor building, and new route development. 

Where do we go? Most camps are based in Acadia National Park unless noted in the session below. 

What’s different? This is a progressive camp series meant to teach life-long climbing skills and improve upon current skills.

Multisport Adventure Camps

Who’s it for? Youth who want to get outside and do it all. Rock climbing, sea kayaking, white water rafting, swimming, rappelling, hiking, and canoeing. 

What do we learn? Outdoor safety skills, canoe skills, survival skills, and how to camp in backcountry settings. Lots of fun while participating in a variety of team building and skill-building activities. 

Where do we go? These camps travel around the state of Maine and spend 3-5 nights at each base camp. Baxter State Park, Acadia National Park, The Forks, and Grafton Notch are just a few of the possibilities. 

What’s different? This is a trip camp that travels around the state of Maine to let campers experience hiking the highest peaks to rock climbing by the sea.

Young Explorers Outdoor Adventure Camp

 Who’s it for? Explorers age 9-12 who like doing cool things outside and are ready to start spending a day away from family.

 What do we do? This camp focuses on a different adventure every day. One day you may do a hike and then canoe, another day you could be rock climbing and swimming, etc. Hiking, swimming, canoeing, paddleboarding, rappelling, rope bridge crossing, knots, caving, hiking, and swimming are all part of the Adventure. 

 Where do we go? Camp takes place in Acadia National Park.

Outdoor Edventure Day Camp 

 Who’s it for? Explorers age 8-10 who like learning about the outdoors and being outside. They are ready to start exploring the world away from family. 

 What do we do? These camps focus on a different edventure every day. One day you may wade in tide pools and learn about Maine sea life, another day you could be hiking and learning about animal tracks, etc. Nature study, active play, hiking, swimming, canoeing and possibly rock climbing are all part of different Edventure Camps so that if you come to multiple sessions, you won’t be doing the same exact camp again.

 Where do we go? Camps will take place in the Acadia and Bangor area.

Build Your Own Guided Adventure Camp

Want to go to climbing, hiking or paddling with your family or group of friends?
 

 Who’s it for? Any and all. This could be a multi-day family camp or a group of friends who might like to do a summer adventure with us.

 What do we do? A custom camp is focused on what you want to do. While we are primarily a rock climbing focused camp we are able to offer a variety of other activities as well. These include hiking, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, rappelling, caving, survival skills, and/or nature study

 Where do we go? Camps may take place anywhere in Maine, NH, or VT for now.
