Rental Equipment
ATTENTION!
Bar Harbor rentals are now active! Bangor Rentals will be available starting on May 21st.
The new rental pick-up and drop-off policy will be as follows: Equipment must be returned to the same location where it was picked up. For a currently undecided fee, we plan to offer an alternate drop-off which may be arranged provided the equipment is not already reserved for any days that transportation would keep it from use. This fee covers the cost of transportation for the equipment to its original location and compensates for any potential loss of use by other renters.

Our Bangor shop is CLOSED ON SUNDAY year round.
If you are picking up or dropping off a rental on a Sunday,
then it must be done at our Bar Harbor location.
POLICIES
- Full Payment is due at the time of registration.
- 100% of the deposit is refundable if cancellation is made, and the rental is never picked up. Must communicate that rental is no longer needed for the refund to apply.
- Upon pick-up, you should inspect the equipment thoroughly, ask questions, and if necessary, request an equipment operation demonstration. If rental equipment is returned in a damaged or excessively dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for labor, cleaning, and repair costs proportional to services required. Replacement cost for lost, stolen, or destroyed rental equipment is at full value.
- No refunds will be made due to poor weather or road conditions, equipment returned early, or equipment not used.
- Rentals are priced per day, must be returned within store hours, and within the reservation duration.
- Example: A one day rental must be returned within store hours the same day it was picked up.
- Late returns are subject to a daily fee + 25% for each overdue day.
